We all have our baggage from the past, truth is we can never completely get rid of it, but we can choose the size of the baggage we carry through life.

My Approach

My Approach

I offer more than just coping strategies, my work provides a pathway to help you regulate, reset, and return to a place of clarity, balance, and inner strength. When the nervous system is supported and balanced, thinking becomes clearer, energy returns, and life begins to feel more intuitive, grounded, and enjoyable.

In today’s world, it can be easy to normalize stress, disconnect from the body, or push through exhaustion, often leading to burnout, anxiety, and overwhelm. But true resilience, confidence, and wellbeing come from a balanced nervous system, not just willpower alone.

We all develop emotional patterns—often in childhood—as a way to feel loved, safe, or accepted. But as we grow, many of those patterns no longer serve us. Through my balances, I create a safe and nurturing space to explore, you will feel genuinely heard, supported, and accepted. My sessions invite you to fully let go, with no need to hold back emotions, past experiences, spiritual connection, or physical symptoms. By supporting the nervous system as a whole, I helps you reconnect with purpose, clarity, and inner calm, while guiding you on a healing journey tailored uniquely to you.

WORKING WITH KIDS

I know how hard it can be when little ones aren’t feeling their best — we just want them to be happy, calm, and thriving. It can feel overwhelming trying to understand what’s going on or knowing how best to support them, especially when all your diagnostic tests show "nothing", that’s where I come in. I’d be honoured to support your child on their journey.

My approach is gentle, nurturing, and led by connection. Building trust with both you and your child is an essential part of the process, because the most important thing is that your child feels safe.

Often this begins with curiosity. Many children explore my space, touch everything, ask questions, or test boundaries as they settle in. This is their way of working out whether they feel comfortable and secure — and that’s exactly where our work begins.

Families often reach out due to anxiety, emotional overwhelm, behavioural challenges, or difficulties with regulation. In my experience, these struggles are often connected to nervous system dysregulation, where the body becomes stuck in a stress or fear response, making it difficult to fully relax, process emotions, and feel balanced.

Using gentle, calming techniques — always with your consent — I help support your child’s nervous system to feel safe and regulated again. This may include foot or wrist massage with essential oils, gentle rocking, grounding techniques, or soothing neck massage to help stimulate the vagus nerve, which plays an important role in helping the body shift into rest, calm, and connection.

I will never force a child to do something they are not ready for. Instead, I gently invite them to connect, explore, and express themselves in their own time. Whether that means sitting quietly on the floor together, talking, playing, or simply allowing them space to settle, I aim to meet each child exactly where they are.

Together, we work toward helping their body feel safe enough to relax, release, and return to balance.
