We all have our baggage from the past, truth is we can never completely get rid of it, but we can choose the size of the baggage we carry through life.

My Approach

My Approach

Through the gentle power of Kinesiology, my greatest aspiration is to help people live happier, more connected lives. This holistic approach aligns deeply with my core values of trust, kindness, honesty, and love—and I genuinely love what I do.

I consider it a privilege to hold space for my clients. I listen with sincere care and compassion, offering a place where you can truly be yourself—no judgement, just understanding. As trust builds, you’ll feel safe and confident to share anything and everything. And from that space, healing begins. You’ll start to rediscover your strength, release what no longer serves you, and gain the clarity and confidence to transform your life.

We all develop emotional patterns—often in childhood—as a way to feel loved, safe, or accepted. But as we grow, many of those patterns no longer serve us. I help you understand why you do what you do, so that meaningful, lasting change becomes possible.

In every session, I also support your body through nervous system regulation, helping it feel safe again. Trauma and life experiences live not only in the mind—but also in our fascia, in our cells, and deep within the nervous system.

When you understand the wisdom of your symptoms—and reconnect with the power you already hold—you’ll unlock the ability to create a passionate, healthy, and joy-filled life.

WORKING WITH KIDS

I know how hard it can be when little ones aren’t feeling their best—we just want them to be happy. It can be overwhelming to know what to do, and that's where I come in. I’d be honoured to support your child on their journey.

My approach is kind and gentle. Building trust with both you and your child is essential, and the most important thing is that your child feels safe. This often begins with curiosity—many children explore my space, touch everything, and ask lots of questions. It’s their way of testing boundaries and figuring out if they can trust me. And that's exactly where our work begins.

Often, families reach out due to anxiety or behavioural challenges. In my experience, these issues are often rooted in nervous system dysregulation—where the body gets stuck in a fear response, making it difficult for the rest-and-digest system to function properly.

I use a range of gentle, soothing techniques to support regulation (always with your consent). These may include foot and wrist massages with essential oils, gentle rocking, or neck massage to help stimulate the vagus nerve—one of the key players in helping the body relax.

I will never push a child to do something they’re not ready for. Instead, I invite them to try things, connect, and express themselves. Whether that means sitting on the floor with them or simply being present, I aim to meet them where they are. Together, we work toward helping their body feel safe enough to relax, release, and find balance again.
